Bonus Bag Brigade 2024

The Franklin County Community Meals Program (FCCMP) is excited to announce the 2024 Annual Bonus Bag Brigade, held every February at the end of the school vacation week. Families can use the event as a fun and charitable activity, shopping for bag necessities and decorating the bags. Receiving a Bonus Bag with an inspiring message such as “You are AWESOME” really adds an extra touch of kindness.
FCCMP serves a weekly community hot meal at the church and will utilize the collected bags to hand out to our meal site patrons, providing a non-perishable supplemental meal to go. The bags are kept on hand for immediate distribution, any time someone stops by for a meal; we distribute, on average, 3,500 bags each year.
Another way to help is to provide ingredients for a Bonus Bag. We do ask that, if you choose this option, please provide the unpacked items and we will assemble them.
