A greeting from our new Volunteer Coordinator, Meghan Williams

Hello Friends and Partners of FCCMP,

My name is Meghan Williams and I am the new Admin Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator for the Franklin County Community Meals Project. I am excited to join your community and provide meals for the food insecure in Franklin County.

Before joining FCCMP I worked for Atlas Farm managing their Mobile Market project. I had the great pleasure of providing fresh produce to Greenfield, Turners Falls, and Holyoke residents. My many other experiences include farming in Colorado, working at a couple Feeding America Food Banks, and homesteading in Spain. Regardless of job title I work to create community around food.

• Tuesday Mornings (8-10:30am or 9-11:30)
  • Driving to Food Bank in Chicopee – Need SUV or larger vehicle 
• Greenfield Meal Site (Tuesdays and Wednesdays):
  • 1-4pm – Prep and Cooking 
  • 3:30-6pm – Serving and Clean Up 
• Orange Pantry
  • Wednesdays
    • 10am-12pm – Pre-Packing Bags
  • Thursdays 
    • 9:30 am – 12:30pm – Set up and pantry help
    • 12 – 3pm – Pantry help and clean up

Can’t commit to a whole shift? No problem! We are flexible!!!
