Franklin County Hunger Action Week, September 20-26, is here and we hope you and your organization, business, or community of faith will join us in taking action. We’re Ending Hunger Together.

The COVID19 pandemic is shining a light on increasing food insecurity in Franklin County. There is an even greater need to:

  • make sure that children, families, and everyone in Franklin County have enough nutritious food to eat by supporting Franklin County’s many food access programs, AND
  • reduce the number of people who need food assistance by supporting systemic change that addresses inequity and the root causes of food insecurity.

Please support the many food access programs that serve our neighbors across all of Franklin County (find a list of them here: https://bit.ly/SupportFCFoodPrograms)

Please join us in taking action to help our hungry neighbors NOW and to address the root causes of hunger so that fewer of our neighbors need emergency food. Here’s the schedule of events and actions for the week: https://bit.ly/FCHungerActionWeekSchedule
